LEADERSHIP

Mike Gobran

President & Principal Broker

Boston University | Class of 2025

Mike began his real estate career while studying finance at Boston University, gaining firsthand experience in Boston's competitive rental market. Through his work helping fellow students find housing, he recognized how confusing and inefficient the apartment search process could be and saw an opportunity to improve it. Believing there was a better way to serve renters, Mike founded Mile One Real Estate with the goal of creating a more straightforward, responsive, and personalized real estate experience.

Nick Larkin

Real Estate Associate

Northeastern University | Class of 2027

Nick works in investment accounting and reporting at CBRE while studying finance at Northeastern University. Outside of his professional and academic commitments, he serves as captain of Northeastern’s club hockey team.

Tate Becker

Boston University | Class of 2026

Tate serves as an advisor at The Stubblebine Company, a commercial real estate brokerage, and works with the Boston Celtics Entertainment Team. He previously held an Investment Associate position with the Boston University Real Estate Club.

Jared Marcus

Jared is an incoming Equity Research and Sales & Trading Analyst at Citizens JMP. He previously worked as an analyst at ATW Partners and is currently studying finance at Boston University.

Natalia Del Angel De Martino

Natalia is studying Finance and Business Analytics at Boston University's Questrom School of Business. She brings experience in commercial strategy and marketing, including an internship with NIGHT GROUP in London, and serves as Secretary of Boston University's Latin American Business Association.

Rafaela Hannouche Trindade

Rafaela is a student at Boston University with experience spanning marketing, event planning, and finance. She serves as Treasurer of the Boston University Marketing Club, where she previously held roles in event planning and social media. Her professional background also includes a finance and audit externship with CVS Health and participation in EY's Expedition program.
